Deputy Headteacher 3
In charge of Discipline – student behavior, mentorship, and enforcement of school rules.

In charge of Co-Curricular – sports, clubs, arts, and extracurricular programs.
School Coordinator
Ensures smooth communication across departments and alignment of school programs.
Section Head – Primary
Oversees the Primary School section, ensuring strong foundations and academic excellence.
Section Head – Pre-School
Oversees the Pre-School section, focusing on early childhood education and CBC readiness.
Pastoral Head
Provides guidance, counseling, and value-based mentorship; supports learners’ wellbeing.

Student Leadership

Alongside the administration, Roots Academy nurtures pupil leadership through a Student Council, which works hand-in-hand with staff to promote discipline, responsibility, and student welfare.
